Ordinary Returns
For a change-of-mind return, the scarf must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition and original packaging. Customers pay return shipping to France. There is no restocking fee.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Contact us with the order number and a description of the issue. Ordinary change-of-mind condition requirements do not prevent us from addressing items received damaged, defective or incorrect. We pay the applicable return shipping for company errors, damage or defects. Contact us to arrange the appropriate resolution.
